Zone into your zen state of mind with a guided meditation before drifting off into dream town. Yin & Chill
Low Intensity
Get your stretch on let your body relax as you hold poses for three to five minutes. This class will help to increase flexibility, range of motion and stimulate circulation leaving you completely chilled out. Topped off with an essential oil massage in savasana, it’s the perfect way to enhance recovery. You can thank us later.

Turn up the burn with short bursts of high intensity exercises that focus on stabilizing, strengthening and toning the whole body. Set to killer beats to pump you up.

Power Pilates
Medium Intensity
Find mindful movement to improve your core strength, stability and coordination. This class is great to help with injury prevention and strength building. The perfect side-kick to your regular movement routine. Set to music to move you.


BURN
High Intensity
Tap into your inner beast with this own body weight class and experience a total body workout that will help you build strength, power, endurance and stability. 45-minute strength building workout followed by 15 minute stretch and cool down. The class you'll love to hate and can't get enough of.
