Zone into your zen state of mind with a guided meditation before drifting off into dream town. Tucked in with cozy props in a dimly lit room and set to calming music, you’ll experience relaxation at its finest! Enjoy a gentle massage with the use of therapeutic essential oils in savasana. Yin & Chill
Low Intensity
Get your stretch on let your body relax as you hold poses for three to five minutes. This class will help to increase flexibility, range of motion and stimulate circulation leaving you completely chilled out. Topped off with an essential oil massage in savasana, it’s the perfect way to enhance recovery. You can thank us later.

Medium Intensity
