In this 10-minute challenge, Julian coaches you through core-focused static holds and challenges your ability to hold positions that engage your core without squirming or losing focus. He'll help you find your zen even when you want to quit. We recommend this as a break from sitting at your desk throughout the day, or doing this once a week to test your core strength progress.
