A movement sequence that you can use before a workout, after a workout, or on its own to show the body some love. This series of movements explores flexibility and mobility within 6 primal movement patterns. Julian will guide us as we move fluidly through each position, starting at our ankles and working our way up to knees, hips, shoulders, arms, and neck. Take deep breaths throughout and relax into movements to prepare you for bigger workouts or to achieve a deeper recovery.
