As part of our initiative to give back to healthcare and frontline workers, we're dedicating this Energy Balancing class with Julian to those who need it most. A huge thank you to all of you who work tirelessly to keep us all safe!
In this class, Julian gets us to move, breathe, and stretch in order to balance the meridian lines through the body and find inner harmony. He takes us through 10 exercises that are 1 minute each: the first 5 movements are all about energy moving and the second five are all about stretching. This is a great routine to do as a quick break at work, or when you get home from a long shift. The goal here isn't about breaking a sweat, but instead finding balance, coordination and clarity through the mind and body.
What you'll need: a space the size of a yoga mat
