Stretch Flow is all about recovery and optimization. Gain a deeper understanding of your body and build connection between your mind and movement.
In this class, we'll enhance recovery and performance by using a ball to give yourself a deep tissue massage. Julian will guide you through a massage starting at your feet and working all the way up to the neck. By the time you get to the end, you'll find a sense of release and a calm mental state.
We recommend this class before or after a workout, or in the evening to loosen up and wind down.
What you'll need: a yoga mat or comfortable flooring and a ball (lacrosse ball is recommended but a ball of similar size will also work)
