Master yogi Sheldon combines Yoga and Pilates in this creative flow that turns up the heat. With a background in gymnastics and a love for strength and conditioning, Sheldon's training utilizes Yoga, Pilates and even some HIIT sequences. In Free Flow, we step into his own workouts to build strength and endurance. You can expect a fast pace, inversions and practice on controlled transitions. This class is recommended for those comfortable with or building up to a Level 2 Yoga practice.
