In this class, kinesiology professor and resident S&T founding trainer Dustin utilizes the React Methodology to turn up the heat and make you move like a pro. Dustin regularly works with athletes to help them perform their best. Whether you are an athlete, you used to be an athlete, or you're just looking to train your body to achieve more, this workout will have you putting in work and working up a sweat!
