Slow down to raise the heat in this full-body class that combines cardio, pilates and floor work. Get ready for a slamming core and long, lean muscles.
In this Level 3 class, we build on the foundations that George taught in Slow Burn Fundamentals and the strength that we built with Tiana in Levels 1 & 2. This class is perfect if you're looking to step up your Slow Burn practice and really challenge yourself! Tiana will take you through three spicy sequences that will have your whole body feeling the burn.
What you'll need: a space the size of a yoga mat, sliders (socks, tea towels or paper plates will also work!), and a set of light weights
