Slow down to raise the heat in this full-body class that combines cardio, pilates and floor work. Get ready for a slamming core and long, lean muscles.
In this quick class, we'll bring the pilates reformer home using sliders. With a focus on the core, legs and glutes, we'll stretch and strengthen muscles at the same time, creating long lines and building power and endurance. Just one round will have you feeling spicy, but feel free to repeat for another two or three rounds if you have a bit more time and are ready to turn up the heat!
What you'll need: a yoga mat & sliders (socks, tea towels or paper plates will also work!)
