Get moving and leave your stress behind with this fun, fast, high-powered workout with Nate. No boxing experience? No problem! Nate will teach you everything you need to know. This is a great workout to recharge your batteries in the middle of your day or to do when you just need to blow off some steam.
What you'll need: a space about 5ft x 5ft to move around in. No equipment needed!
