This combination class gives you a heat building vinyasa flow followed by a chilled out deep stretching yin sequence. The best of both worlds. In this class, Ang takes us through a Booty edition of Slay & Stretch. We'll work up a sweat while activating the glutes and then give those hard-working muscles a well-deserved recovery.
What you'll need: a yoga mat or comfortable floor
