A movement sequence that you can use before a workout, after a workout, or on its own to show the body some love. In this class, Julian will lead you through one of his favourite functional flows. Using primal movement patterns, you'll do a few reps of several movements to warm up the entire body. Take deep breaths throughout and relax into movements to prepare you for bigger workouts or to achieve a deeper recovery.
