Slow down to raise the heat in this full-body class that combines cardio, pilates and floor work. Get ready for a slamming core and long, lean muscles.
In this Level 1 class, we build on the foundations that George taught in Pilates Fundamentals. This class is perfect if you're new to Slow Burn, if you're looking for a better understanding of the Slow Burn practice, or if you're looking for a less intense workout today.
What you'll need: a space the size of a yoga mat, and sliders (socks, tea towels or paper plates will also work!)
