Get stronger, leaner and increase definition as you blast through three rounds of full-body work. Julian will take you through 3 rounds with a focus on performance progression. In the first round, we'll learn. In the second round, we'll practice. And in the third round, we'll perform. Each round will have a different focus, to ensure we activate various muscle groups and work up a full-body sweat.
