In this class, we'll bring the pilates reformer home for a full-body workout that stretches and strengthens muscles at the same time, creating long lines and building power and endurance. Rory will take you through three spicy sequences that will have your whole body feeling the burn.
What you'll need: a space the size of a yoga mat, and sliders (socks, tea towels or paper plates will also work!)
