Whether you're a competitive runner or are just interested in getting into running, this is a great way to build body awareness and skills that will help you perform better and run in a way that works with your body.
Two rounds:
1. Drills: improve your function and mechanics of running
2. Core: create core focus and connection to improve your form and overall performance
Each round is based on 30-second intervals to improve your pacing skills, an essential part of running.
What you'll need: a clear space a bit bigger than a yoga mat
