Slow down to raise the heat in this full-body class that combines cardio, pilates and floor work. Get ready for a slamming core and long, lean muscles.
In this Level 3 class, we build on the foundations that George taught in Slow Burn Fundamentals and the strength that we built with Tiana in Levels 1 & 2. This class is perfect if you're looking to step up your Slow Burn practice and really challenge yourself! Tiana & Rory will take you through three spicy sequences that will have your whole body feeling the burn.
What you'll need: a space the size of a yoga mat, a booty band, and gliders (socks, tea towels or paper plates will also work!)
