Day 30: Pilates Core Blast with Rory

Turn up the heat in your core and find mindful movement to improve your core strength, stability and coordination in this mat-based Pilates class with Rory. Pilates sessions follow a natural flow of full-body movement for a breath-focused and heat-building workout. Slow, controlled movements target various muscle groups to tone and lengthen.
Rory will take us through 3 segments that are about 8 minutes each, utilizing a pilates ball for intensified core work. In the first sequence, we’ll start with a warm-up to help build stability. Next, we’ll turn up the heat with controlled body weight movements to build strength and endurance. In the final set, we bring in cardio and focus on core activation to make sure we work up a good sweat.
This class is great for injury prevention and strength building. It's recommended for all fitness levels and is good for every body.
What you'll need: a yoga mat
