In this Level 2 class, we build on the foundations that George taught in Slow Burn Fundamentals and the strength that we built with Tiana in Level 1. This class is perfect if you're looking to step up your Slow Burn practice and work towards Level 3! Tiana will take you through three spicy sequences that will have your whole body feeling the burn.
What you'll need: a space the size of a yoga mat, and sliders (socks, tea towels or paper plates will also work!)
