The ultimate HIIT boxing and conditioning workout — Boxcon gets your body moving, heart pumping, and mind focused.
A high-energy workout series fusing boxing combos with conditioning exercises, Boxcon uses a proven interval format with one minute of fierce intensity, following by 30 seconds of moderate work.
Starting with a quick effective warm-up routine, you will work immediately - ripping awesome boxing combos, and pushing the limits of your body and mind, before switching to conditioning exercises.
Developed by Nate Bower, Boxcon features 4 total rounds in each workout, and four sets of one minute each per round. Two boxing and two conditioning sets per round are followed by a 30-second rest between boxing and condition sets. There are 30 seconds of rest between rounds. The final round, Round 4, is a Tabata round which consists of 8 sets of 20 seconds of high-intensity work followed by 10 seconds of rest between 20-second sets. There are 4 exercises in each Tabata sets. You’ll do each exercise twice before moving on to the next set.
With high powered dynamic sets, Boxcon will get you the results you want with the workouts you need.
