Indulge in deep stretches and stillness as Rory guides you through 40 minutes of Yin Yoga. You'll get your stretch on and let your body relax as you hold poses for two to five minutes. This class will help to increase flexibility, range of motion and stimulate circulation leaving you completely chilled out. It’s the perfect way to unwind, relax and enhance recovery.

What you'll need: a yoga mat or comfortable floor, a bolster or pillow, yoga blocks or books, a blanket, and a wall or vertical surface that you can rest against
